Monitoring and Evaluation
Demand for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities has steadily increased in the recent years, but the donors and developing countries requiring a greater level of analysis on the effectiveness of interventions and its impact on intend-ed beneficiaries and more importantly the lesson learnt and the sustainability of the interventions. Two major forces drive the increased demand: the need for accountability in donor funding, and the need to learn from programme implementation to improve effectiveness.
DMC provides a team of technical experts and associates who assist partners and governments to evaluate their proj-ects and performance.Monitoring and evaluation forms the basis for modification of interventions and assessing the quality of activities being conducted. This helps with identifying the most valuable and efficient use of resources as measured against pre-determined objectives and outcomes. The importance of monitoring and evaluation particularly for donor funded project interventions cannot be over emphasized.

A unique aspect of our approach to monitoring and evaluation is to include the role of resource accountability as a yard stick to monitor progress towards results and resources consumed with the use of appropriate indicators.
