Catherine comes with over 15 years’ experience in Human Resource and Quality Management Systems. Catherine has worked with International Organizations with operations in Africa, Europe & Asia thus gaining vast experience with employment law and dealing with different cultures and personalities.
She has held group responsibility for Human Resource in various countries including Ghana, Tanzania, DRC, Uganda, Kenya, Madagascar, Rwanda, Zambia, Indonesia, Myanmar & Norway. She has been responsible for developing Policies, Manuals and internal controls relating to Human Resource.
Catherine has also been extensively involved in formulating and implementing Quality Management systems based on International Standards of Operation 9001 and OHSAS 45001. She has been responsible for organizing Training, Documentation, Audits, Reviews, Implementation and Continual.
Improvement of Integrated Management Systems for organizations with Global presence. Catherine is a friendly, dedicated, organized and methodical individual with good interpersonal skills. She has an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done.
